Even the lids double as side plates to reduce clutter.” Chef’s kiss
Maria Spagnuolo, Senior Marketing Manager at OXO, highlights continued demand for materials that combine durability, convenience and value.
“Stainless steel and high-performance non-stick cookware are seeing
particularly strong demand,” she says. “Stainless steel remains a global best-seller thanks to its durability, timeless aesthetic and versatility.” With more households adopting induction hobs, compatibility is an added benefit. “Consumers are increasingly focused on long-term value, and stainless steel continues to resonate.” Non-stick also remains strong. “Easy clean-up and healthier cooking with less oil are key drivers,” Ms Spagnuolo explains. “Advances in coating technology have improved durability, making modern non-stick especially appealing for busy households.” Innovation is centred on efficiency and versatility. “All of our cookware
ranges are induction-compatible, with flat bases that maximise heat transfer,” she says. OXO’s Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Mira Series delivers consistent heat distribution while remaining oven-safe for hob-to-table cooking. Ergonomic design is also key. “Our ‘smile’ handles are engineered for comfort, balance and cooler handling.” Although the range launched recently, Spagnuolo expects strong demand for sets, particularly during gifting periods. “Sets offer strong perceived value and convenience.” Professional-style performance continues to influence demand. “Home cooks want cookware that mirrors professional kitchens,” she says. “Our Mira Series gives consumers the confidence to achieve chef- level results.”
In terms of aesthetics, understated finishes dominate. “Matte and satin finishes, alongside natural tones such as sand and charcoal grey, continue to resonate,” she adds. Sustainability is also a priority. OXO’s ceramic-coated non-stick
pans are made without intentionally added PFAS. “We’re committed to materials and manufacturing choices that are better for people and the planet.” Versatility remains key. “Oven-safe cookware that doubles as serving solutions helps reduce the need for multiple pieces, which is ideal for smaller kitchens.”

healthy cooking. Featuring a tri-ply construction, the range delivers fast, even heat distribution and includes stackable saucepans, frying pans, woks, a low casserole and steamer insert. Suitable for all hobs, including induction, the collection is dishwasher safe and backed by a 25-year guarantee. Consumer demand, the brand notes, is increasingly shaped by health,
longevity and material transparency. As awareness of PFAS grows, more shoppers are turning to uncoated stainless steel. 316-grade stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance and
will not react with acidic or salty foods, helping preserve flavour while delivering long-term durability. After five years of development, the 316 Series has been engineered
to meet modern expectations. Each pan combines stainless steel with an aluminium core for consistent heat distribution. Oven-safe up to 240°C, the range transitions seamlessly from hob to oven to table. Design features include stay-cool handles, vented lids, helper handles and internal capacity markings, supporting both usability and precision. While colour trends continue to evolve, Robert Welch highlights the enduring appeal of stainless steel. Its reflective surface complements a wide range of interiors, making it a timeless choice. Sustainability is also central. Stainless steel’s durability and
recyclability support long product lifecycles, while stackable designs help optimise storage in smaller kitchens.
Kitchen clever Heidi Thomas, Head of Marketing at DK Household Brands, also points to growing demand for materials that balance performance with safety. “We’re seeing particularly high demand for PFAS-free ceramic non-

stick,” she says. “Consumers want convenience, but also reassurance around safety and materials.” Premium constructions such as tri-ply stainless steel remain strong. “Shoppers are increasingly focused on durability, performance and long- term value.” Innovation is centred on efficiency. “Induction compatibility is now a baseline expectation,” Thomas explains. “Consumers want cookware that heats quickly and performs consistently.” Ranges such as the Zyliss Ultimate Ceramic Pro pans reflect this,
