COOKWARE

as soft neutrals, deep greens and warm metallic accents are resonating, alongside brushed stainless steel finishes,” she says. “Consumers want cookware that looks good enough to live on the hob or table.” Recent launches reflect this shift, with the GreenPan Evolution Collection available in Black, Cream, Teal and Pine Green, and the Padova Reserve Collection offering a pastel palette. Sustainability remains central to development. “Conscious cooking has been part of GreenPan’s philosophy since our founding,” Ms Dobbels notes. “We continue to evolve our cookware with safer materials, responsible sourcing and long-lasting performance.” Versatility is another key focus. “Multifunctional pans and cookware suitable for different heat sources help consumers maximise performance in smaller kitchens while reducing the need for excess products.”

What’s cooking? For Alistair Donald, Founder of Hokan Bowls, innovation is closely tied to sustainability and multifunctional design. “Our focus is on responsible making and thoughtful use,” he says. “We design pieces that transition seamlessly from fridge to oven to table, encouraging customers to buy fewer, better products.” Design trends are also shifting. “We’re seeing a move away from muted shades towards more confident colours such as bold blues, sunshine yellows and lush greens,” Mr Donald explains. “At the same time, our monochrome palette in Antique White and Pitch Black offers a timeless appeal across a wide range of kitchen styles.” He adds that consumers increasingly expect both form and function.

“There’s a growing appetite for products that are not only beautiful but also genuinely practical.” Sustainability underpins the brand’s approach. “Longevity is one of the simplest ways to reduce environmental impact,” Mr Donald explains. “Every piece we make is designed to be durable, versatile and used for years.”

Hokan Bowls are made using recycled stoneware created from

reclaimed clay and production waste, helping to minimise landfill while maintaining strength and performance. Space-saving functionality is also key. “Our bowls are designed for cooking, serving and storing,” he highlights. “They stack neatly and move from prep to plate to storage, making them ideal for smaller kitchens.
