Barista Bar
The Cook & Dine show sector will welcome a brand new feature for 2020, the Barista Bar. The Barista Bar will provide visitors with a beautifully designed area to relax, re-charge and have a coffee. With the growing coffee culture in the UK and the need for retailers to increase both dwell time and experience within their retail spaces, this all-new feature will offer visitors inspiration on how this could look in store.
The BHETA/Bira Pavilion For 2020, the show will also be introducing the all-new BHETA/Bira Pavilion. The Pavilion will host 13 Bira Direct and BHETA suppliers, helping them to connect with key buyers at the show. Brands confirmed for the pavilion include Pyrex, Melitta UK and Eco Chic.

Housewares Innovation Awards – showcasing shortlisted exhibitors At the 2020 show, Spring Fair will display exhibiting finalists within the Cook & Dine sector as part of its partnership with The Housewares Innovation Awards. The awards celebrate the collective achievements of the housewares
sector – annually recognising and rewarding the innovative manufacturers and creative retailers that have helped the industry to thrive. The display in the Cook & Dine hall will host a selection of shortlisted products for the duration of the show and provide visitors will the opportunity to discover the very best innovation and new products lines that the industry has the offer.
Unrivalled Content Throughout the event, visitors can immerse themselves in an exciting programme of free workshops, seminars and empowering talks. During the five days, Spring Fair will welcome a host of big names across the Inspiring Retail Stage, Retail Skills Theatre and the brand-new Design and Source Stage. The Inspiring Retail Stage will host insightful seminars on topics such as sustainability, customer experience and celebrity Q&As with the ‘Queen of Cakes’ Mary Berry, who will be on the Captivate Brands stand in hall 8, and the ‘Queen of Shops’ Mary Portas. Other keynotes across the three stages include John Lewis, Selfridges, JML, Harrods, Google and Spring Fair’s official trend partners Colour Hive.
Nurturing international ambitions For 2020 Spring Fair has pledged to open up new opportunities, markets and trend influences as part of its ‘Hello New!’ event theme and mantra. As part of this, the show’s all-new Sourcing sector in hall 18 will welcome exhibitors from key regions across Europe, Asia, Africa and South America who will showcase the very best home and giftware product. The Design and Source Stage will also host insight-led talks on how visitors can get one step ahead of market rivals in 2020 by looking beyond the UK’s borders for the best and most competitively priced products.
