SEALED TYPE VERSION SAFETY RELAY

In 2006, Panasonic introduced a new safety relay family, the SFS series. Ten years later, this slim-type version has become a global standard component due to its size and function, especially in safe machinery automation and elevator systems. To prepare the SFS for the next ten years and to meet the current market

requirements, the company has added a sealed type with the contact configurations 2NO2NC and 3NO1NC to the relay family. This wash-tight version has an RT III degree of protection. Since the case of the sealed type is black and not transparent like the standard type, it is not available with a built-in indication LED. All other features and characteristics remain unchanged:  Forcibly guided contacts according to EN 61810-3, type A Nominal switching capacity 6A 250V AC, 6A 30V DC Min. switching capacity 1mA 5V DC  Sealed type (RT III) available with 2 NO and 2 NC contacts or 3 NO and 1 NC contacts

 Standard R TII type also available with 4 NO and 2 NC contacts, 3 NO and 3 NC contacts or 5 NO and 1 NC contacts

 Compact size with slim profile: 4-pole type LxWxH = 40x13x24mm, 6-pole type LxWxH = 50x13x24mm

 Sockets for PC boards or DIN-rail mounting available  Low coil power dissipation thanks to polarized drive system High shock resistance (functional: min. 200m/s2)  Approvals: TÜV, UL/C-UL www.panasonic-electric-works.co.uk
