Electrical distributor Rexel has launched software package, Esabora, which is designed to help contractors and installers save time and money by reducing the amount of day to day paperwork, whilst enabling them to provide a higher level of service to customers


Electrical drawings can be created


from scratch in minutes, or by importing existing drawings from customers. The drawing can then be converted into a quotation in seconds and sent immediately to the customer. Esabora is also compatible with


accountancy packages such as Sage, Quickbooks and Xero. Invoices created by Esabora are easily exported and then imported into these accountancy packages. All documents created through the

sabora also includes an easy to use electrical drawing package.


Rexel has developed this new solution


in line with the digitalisation of the wider electrical industry, which has seen contractors and installers increasingly turning to digital solutions to improve efficiency and customer service. This multi-functional software


package simplifies the many processes required to run an electrical business, by eliminating much of the manual administration required for each job. Esabora speeds up processes such as


selecting and ordering products, quoting, invoicing and creating high quality electrical drawings. This not only saves contractors and installers valuable time, but it also adds value to the level of service they can offer and helps them to get paid quicker.


 The Esabora software automates many


time-consuming tasks, which can save money and reduce manual errors. All functions available as part of the Esabora software are interlinked, meaning products selected for a quotation can automatically be converted into an order or an invoice in seconds. If these are subsequently amended, Esabora will instantly update the overall profit on the job. In addition to the Rexel catalogue,


product catalogues from other suppliers and a contractor’s own services can also be added in a couple of clicks. Rexel products on a quotation can be transferred seamlessly to the Rexel webshop, ordered and be ready to collect the same or the next day. For other suppliers, multiple purchase orders can be created at once in a few clicks.
