Talk to existing franchisees One of the best ways to research a franchise is to talk to existing franchisees. Ask them is their franchise profitable? Is the business as described in the brochure? Are they receiving all the support they need and were promised? The people that are running a franchise themselves are likely to be the most upfront about their experiences.
