We meet in various virtual locations, where we can interact more intuitively than we can on a video call. The metaverse is an emerging space without any one, shared definition or vision. But a useful (and a generally agreed upon) way to think about it, is that it’s just the next evolution of the internet. With that, things like wearable technologies are going to make our physical world a bit more digital, and advancements in 3D environments and avatars are going to make our digital world a bit more physical.
