pub also announced a host of new regular events and latest addi- tions to its menu including its Dirty Lobster and Crab Night, being held every Tuesday and T ursday, where two eat for £99 and are served one kilo of lobster and one kilo of crab, which come com- plete with branded bibs, crackers, picks and all the trimmings. Fox underwent a one-million-pound refurbishment and shot to fame after being thrust into the global media spotlight following the success of the hit movie Saltburn, after news that its cast and crew were regular patrons at the venue while fi lming on location nearby. T e popular pub also hosted the fi lm’s wrap party. With the appointment of Executive Chef Steve Bott, T e Snooty
Fox has recently introduced a host of new dishes to its menu including French toast served with wild mushrooms, spinach, garlic with a warm brie and thyme sauce; and smoked trout accompanied by spring onion and Gruyere cheese omelette. Diners now also have the choice of selecting mussels and cockles
and can order a half or whole kilo, which are steamed with cider, garlic, onion, smoked lardons and crème fraiche. Also appearing on the menu is a dish of rabbit, smoked bacon
with truffl e creamed linguine; and a new signature dish introduced is the Lobster Snooty Roll – comprising of lobster sausage, buttered fresh lobster, gem lettuce, pickled cucumber, lobster mayo and served with triple cooked chips. Meat lovers are also in for a treat with the addition of the Snooty
Dirty Bone Beef Marrow Burger, served on a toasted brioche bun with French comte cheese, onion jam, roasted garlic and black pepper mayonnaise and accompanied by triple cooked chips with a Snooty signature sauce.
Drinkers are also spoilt for choice by the ever-expanding range
of tempting tipples, creative cocktails and bespoke beers available at T e Snooty Fox. T is includes the arrival of Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone premium lager, which is now being served alongside Damm Lemon at the pub, which is also a UK Chouff e Ambassador Richard revealed that expansion of the prestigious pub portfolio
