TC Group has announced that Stephen Watts has been appointed as its new Chief Operating Offi cer. Stephen, formerly Managing Partner, spearheaded the
transaction that led to his practice, Fortus Business Advisors and Accountants, joining TC Group in 2023 to become the largest practice in the group. Since then, he has played a key role in the expansion of
the group’s advisory capabilities and as COO, will lead the development of TC Group’s long-term strategic plans.

Hannah Newman-Plummer has joined Lifting and Movement Solutions specialist County Lifting. Having spent six years in the forklift industry, Hannah has
made the move into cranes and lifting and is looking forward to new opportunities with County Lifting and the chance to learn about and promote a whole new sector. She said: “County Lifting is an exceptional company, with an
excellent reputation, and I’m delighted to have this opportunity to grow with it.”
Having started work at 16 as a Reception Apprentice, Ben Foster has worked for Hilton Northampton throughout his career journey. Gaining vital skills working in diff erent areas over the years
led to him becoming Guest Relations Manager and Sales Administrator, before moving into his recent promotion to Reception Manager. Ben said: “I am grateful to manage a great team and look forward to seeing what we will achieve together.”
