The D.C. Metro Summer Social, hosted by the D.C. Metro Alumni Chapter, was held on June 17, 2025. AUWCL alumni from across the DMV came together for a lively evening at The Doyle Bar in Dupont Circle. The event offered a chance to reconnect, share stories and network.


On April 16, 2026, during the


Myers & Mooers Society Dinner at Barbouzard restaurant, Steven Hamrick ’93 received the 2026 Alumni of the Year award.

enjoyed attending the Nationals Game, with an event hosted by the D.C. Metro Alumni Chapter on August 20, 2025. Before heading to Nationals Park, alumni came together at Mission Navy Yard, where AU President Jonathan R. Alger emphasized the vital role of alumni engagement and highlighted the law school’s role in advancing AU’s civic engagement initiative.
