WADDINGTON-BASED furniture design business, Neal Jones Furniture, has just com pleted one of its most prestig ious projects this year, a brand new kitchen, breakfast bar and work station for Lord and Lady Derby of Knowsley Hall, Mer seyside. Neal was commissioned to
design a new kitchen which met the needs of a modern fam ily, yet took into account the historical and traditional envi ronment of the house, parts of which date back to 1385. Neal explained: “We were
up against some of the coun try’s top cabinet makers when pitching for this business and securing it was a dream come : true for us. It was refreshing to be given a brief that allowed us to incorporate some of the. most innovative products on the market, in one of finest stately homes in the UK. “The kitchen we designed
