POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they tvant to ques tion”after a Clitheroe hotel room
was damaged. Officers want to speak to him in connection with damage valued at £185 caused to a room at the Swan and Eoj’al Hotel. . , It happened overnight between
Friday, May 1st, and Saturday, May &d, when a man booked into a room at the Castle Street hotel. . Staff discovered the furniture,
mini fridge, toilet and lighting had been damaged the following morn
ing. An investigation is under way

nises this man to contact the police and I would also encourage him to come forward so he can be elimi nated from our inquiries if neces sary.” The man is described as white,
in his early 20s, 5ft. 7in. tall, with a slim build and collar length light, brown wavy hair. He arrived at the hotel on a black motorbike. Anyone'with information is

byshire. Founder-conductor Glen Pate said: “I t was a won derful night. “We tried to include some
thing for everyone, from the 1600s to the present century. “ I think we showed how
much the choir has developed since our last concert in Whal ley six months ago. “There were so many high
lights, but if I had to pick out a performance from the night, it would be Beethoven's ‘Ich Hebe Dich’ because of the way the choir expressed the German words so beautifully.”

BUILDERS carrying out quality' work in Ribble Valley have been recognised at a prestigious awards ceremony.
