LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (ESHTON TERRACE, CLITHEROE, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND PERMIT HOLDERS PARKING PLACE) ORDER 2007


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 31 October, 2007, Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1,2 and 4 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to revoke a length of the ‘ Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Clitheroe, Ribble Valley Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1978", insofar as it relates to this Order; the Order will also create a parking place for the exclusive use of permit holders outside the residential home at 8-10 Eshton Terrace, the parking place will coincide with the existing drop kerbs.


This Order will come into force on the 5 November 2007, and any person wishing to question the validity of the Order may within 6 weeks of the date of making apply to the High Court for that purpose. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Chief Executive, Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, and at the offices of the Executive Director of Environment, at Lancashire County Council, Environment Directorate, P 0 Box 9, Guild House, Cross Street, Preston (quoting reference: TS/TRO/3/45/FS) until the 12 December, 2007.
