at home FATHER CHRIST­ MAS put in an early appearance at Pendle Primary School, in Clitheroe, to the delight of it s Key Stage 1 children. They all sat down


together in the hall for their Christmas meal and party before each received a present from Father Christ­ mas in his grotto. He explained that


the lack of snow had forced him to leave his sleigh at home and instead travel by road, but at least it gave his reindeer chance to rest before Christmas Eve. Our pictures show
