towel and leave to rest for 30 min­ utes before carving. Arrange the roasting vegetables and sausage around the turkey and serve gar­ nished with herbs and accompa­ nied by cranberry sauce. Tip: Carve the legs off the


turkey first and then slice through the breast. Scoop out the stuffing with a
