County poll shows that Valley people are happiest with the area’s amenities
A POLL conducted for Lancashire County Council has shown that people some 39 per cent are very

of Lancashire residents has been conducted by MORI and has revealed th a t core county council services are well regarded by residents and th a t front-line staff deserve
praise for their work. However, there are nega
tive findings to the survey, one of which is the council's poor corporate image. Nearly 2,500 people were
asked their views on a wide range of subjects including quality of life, council ser vices and priorities, the council budget and the nature of local democracy.
