All chefs will be joined by a team member they consider to be ‘one to watch,’ giving onlookers the opportunity to meet some of the UK’s rising culinary stars.
In addition to working with EXP101, who have taken over curation of the Vision Stage for 2022, HRC is working with Tried & Supplied and Hospitality Jobs UK to introduce two stand-alone conferences for the event, the Better Hospitality Conference and the Hospitality’s Talent Conundrum conference.

HRC and The Pub Show will be taking place at ExCeL London on 21-23 March alongside IFE, International Food & Drink event, IFE Manufacturing and London Produce Show, creating the UK’s largest gathering of food, drink and hospitality professionals with over 30,000 industry buyers and 1,500 innovative suppliers.
