SPOOKY GOINGS ON… …AND FESTIVE FUN

With the summer now behind us, Ralph Court Gardens is looking forward to its programme of autumn and winter activities which promise to delight all the family.

Once again, the Bromyard attraction will be transformed into a horrific Halloween venue with hundreds of glowing pumpkins interspersed with smoke and creatures of the night will fill the gardens creating a memorable visit.

Using a clever mix of sounds and light effects the event held over 15 days from October 17-31will be a ‘must see’ for the region.

Animated characters have been imported from the USA and special visual effects combine to make this a memorable and unique Halloween experience.

During the day you can meet the animated witches cooking up spells and potions, walk through the graveyard and visit the skeleton ‘flower seller’. Listen to the spooky tunes being played via a musical fountain and don’t forget to sing along with our trio of singing pumpkins.

In the evenings the gardens are lit by hundreds of pumpkins leading visitors to the new animated feature from America, Jock the sleeping Giant and his good friend Bobo. If you like a fright then meet the Ralph family in their horror tunnel. The gothic rectory will have a special light show every evening with rag tag skeleton band.

Hot on the heels of the Halloween event comes a month-long Christmas Winter Wonderland, running throughout December.

Throughout the day and selected evenings in December the gardens will be filled with Christmas cheer. Whether you are young or ‘young at heart’, there will be plenty to make you smile.

The gardens will be transformed into a Christmas Winter Wonderland, with the musical fountain dancing to Christmas songs, Christmas inflatables and special Victorian carollers completing the festive scene.

Children will be enchanted listening to a Christmas story read by Boris the bear and hear singing reindeer, supported by a donkey.

Remember to make sure you wear a coat as snow flurries are guaranteed every day!
