WHITE Top Noleggio deploys two Tadano PM brand


knuckle boom cranes for the precise assembly of a Ferris wheel on a confined site in Italy.


Italian rental company Top Noleggio selected two of Tadano’s PM Series knuckle boom cranes for the assembly of a Ferris wheel on a site with restricted access and limited working space. The two cranes, a PM 100SP and a PM 150SP model, were employed for the project, which involved lifting and positioning multiple structural elements. Top Noleggio coordinated both machines to move components with high accuracy. Operators used radio remote controls to improve their ability


to oversee precise placement of anchor pins and structural parts. The Ferris wheel was fully assembled and became operational following the lifting operations. Top Noleggio reported no


complications for the project team despite the millimetre-level positioning |of components required, plus the logistical challenges. Top Noleggio operates a fleet of 500


units and routinely handles complex lifting jobs where precision and spatial limitations are significant factors.
