ARS1.3trn ($559m) in total investment. Of this, ARS1.1trn ($461m) is allocated specifically to construction and infrastructure, making it the province’s first large-scale mining development. The project is currently in the feasibility stage, with full financing targeted by Q2 2026 and construction expected to be completed by the end of 2028. In addition, in February 2026, Vicuna Corp – formed by BHP Australia and Lundin Mining Canada – announced plans to invest up to ARS 1.9trn ($800m) in the Filo del Sol and Josemaria mines during 2026. GlobalData estimates that Argentina’s industrial construction pipeline, covering projects valued above $25m from pre-planning through execution, totals $27.6bn. The pipeline remains heavily concentrated in early-stage developments, with 77% of total value in pre- planning and planning as of February 2025. The largest project in the pipeline is the $10bn Chubut
