GlobalData is currently tracking industrial construction projects in Eastern Europe with a total value of $333.6bn, which includes projects from the announcement to execution stages. The overall pipeline in Eastern Europe is skewed towards late-stage projects, with projects in the pre-execution and execution stages collectively accounting for 58.9% of the project pipeline’s value, totalling $196.7bn. Projects in Russia make up the largest


share at 48.4%, followed by Kazakhstan at 8.1% and Poland at 8%. Funding for projects comes mainly from private investment, accounting for 76.9% of total pipeline value. Publicly funded projects make up 16% of the total value, while joint public-private arrangements account for the remaining 7.1%.
