Paul, the pharmacy delivery driver provides more than just medication - he delivers care, companionship and essential support to housebound patients. Always going the extra mile, he frequently returns multiple times a day for urgent needs, offering not only medical assistance but also a friendly chat, walking pets or helping with household tasks. His completion of Buttercups Level 2 training ensures patients receive the same level of information and care as they would in the pharmacy, building their confidence whilst promoting safe medication use.
