Inaccurate and misleading Time Off for Dependants policies have been overturned by the Police Federation
Incorrect force policies on Time Off for Dependants (TOfD) are being overhauled. This follows important research from the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) that revealed a concerning number of forces were misleading officers and denying them their entitlements.
