WIN£1000!

IN OUR FABULOUS FREE TO ENTER FOOTY TIPSTER COMPETITION!!

Simply predict which team in each Division of the Foot- ball League will finish with the most points. Add each team’s points together and the winner will be the entry with the highest number of points. IT’S THAT SIMPLE. A handicap will apply to stop some of you just entering the favourites (see rule 5) and bonus points will be awarded for every goal scored and will count towards your final total (see rule 6).

ENTER YOUR TEAM NOW– GIVE IT A MONICKER TO MAKE IT MORE PERSONAL TO YOU – SEE RULES AND COMPLETE THE ENTRY FORM NOW

RULES 1. The entry with the highest number of nett points (including

bonus points) from your 4 combined selections will be deemed the winner, eg, Everton (60 pts) Sheffield Utd (60) Carlisle (70) Crewe (45) would total a combined 235 pts.

2. THE OVERALL WINNER SHALL RECEIVE £500 SECOND PLACE SHALL RECEIVE £250 THIRD PLACE SHALL RECEIVE £150 FOURTH PLACE SHALL RECEIVE £100

3. All entries must be received by 5 pm on Friday 19th August.

4. Any points won prior to this date will be valid and count towards your season total.

5. Because the Premiership is a cartel of “The Big Boys” the following handicaps will apply to these teams. Man United – minus 32 pts, Chelsea – minus 29 pts, Arsenal – minus 24, Liv- erpool – minus 22 pts, Man City minus 28 pts, Spurs minus 18 and Everton – minus 7 pts. Similarly in the Championship there will be a handicap on Birmingham, Notts Forest and Burnley – minus 5 pts, Read- ing – minus 3 pts and Ipswich and Blackpool (minus 2 pts).

In Division 1, Sheffield Utd will have a handicap of minus 6 pts together with Huddersfield and Charlton (minus 4). And the handicap in Division 2 will be on Stevenage (minus 4 pts). So for example if your four teams were Chelsea (80) Ip- swich (70) Sheffield Utd (75) and Crewe (45) your total score would be 270 points minus your handicap of 29 + 2 + 6 (37 points) = 237 nett.

6. There will be bonus points awarded as follows: Each goal scored by your 4 teams will be worth a quarter of a point. This will count only towards the end of season competition and not the Trixie competition.

7. A full list of all entrants will appear in our September issue. You can enter by post to PHTM Competitions, 501 Oldham Road, Failworth, Manchester M35 9AB or via our email to info@phtm.co.uk

10. A full breakdown of each entry’s team selection will ap- pear on our website - www.phtm.co.uk - in due course so you can see how you are doing in relation to everyone else.

11. Bernie the Book’s house team will appear in September’s issue of PHTM as will a team from this year’s sponsors, DNA Insurance.
