Boozy spa treatment Food from paradise
TO celebrate Oktoberfest, Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort has launched a special “Enriching Beer Therapy” spa package. The two-hour treatment begins with an aromatic beer and mint bubble bath to soak the body and hair in vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants. The journey continues with an exfoliating beer scrub, where active ingredients such as orange peel and Oryza salt rice powder help to draw out impurities, and finally an hour-long, full-body oil massage. Once guests are feeling scrubbed and polished, they can enjoy a frothy pint in the colonial Elephant Bar. The package is priced at THB3,900 (US$118) per person or THB7,600 (US$230) per couple, and is available until November 30, 2017.

Meanwhile, Home Finest Saigon will be serving up Vietnamese fare with a southern influence, alongside an extensive wine and cocktail list, plus a wide selection of Vietnamese flower and herbal teas. A more casual vibe can be found at Chopsticks Saigon, with traditional recipes in a lively setting.
