Have you been to The BLVD lately? The City completed median landscape improvements along Avondale Boulevard including LED, color-changing lights on 112 new trees. In addition to the added vegetation and lights, an eye-catching public art heart sculpture, located just south of the freeway, provides a welcoming burst of color.
