YAS MARINA Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi, UAE is art of the YAS Marina Circuit in the United Arab Emirates, is an award­winning marina providing 227 high quality fully serviced berthing for vessels from 8 to 90 metres loa. with alongside super yacht berthing to 150 metres on outside serviced berths on the Al Raha Creek still with extensive views of the F1 circuit. The marina was opened in 2009 in conjunction with the F1 racetrack which hosts the only ‘twilight’ F1 Grand Prix and the marina continue to provide berthing and shore side facilities to a very high standard. The Viceroy Abu Dhabi is a 5­star luxury resort & hotel providing exceptional facilities and services with commanding views of both the marina and racetrack, with part of the track through an archway which forms part of the hotel. A section of other quality hotels is available within a 2 kms radius with further 5­star hotels available in central Abu Dhabi.


AL MOUJ MARINA Al Mouj Marina, Muscat, is at the centre of the new Al Marsa Village development within The Mouj, Muscat with a mixed development of residential and retail facilities, hotels and leisure complex’s, with the 5 star PGA Links 18­hole Al Mouj Golf Club also being developed by Al Mouj and Real Estate 4 Kms. to the south. Phase 1 of the marina development opened in 2012 offers 131 fully services berths from 10 – 40 metres. The marina basin is well protected by a large exterior breakwater with access directed to the north east. Further developments with phases 2 and 3 with a total of 400 berths will be constructed once market conditions dictate and this is in conjunction shore­side marine facilities. A small boatyard on the north quay is currently operated by a tenant.
