challenges!) and it is great reflection on the work done by everyone at BWML to be recognised in this way.’ Richard Parry said, ‘The winning projects were all unique and exceptional, reflecting the variety of activities the Trust carries out: from major repairs as we recovered from the Boxing Day flood repairs and skilfully managed one of the most complex gate installations at Doncaster, to smaller scale but vital outreach work with local brownie guide groups. Vital volunteer work to capture the Trust's property records, and the transformation of BWML's customer management system were also recognised ‘I would like to say thank

you to everyone who entered the awards and congratulate the finalists for their achievements. Across this year’s entries I have seen more great examples of our creativity and innovation, of teamwork and partnership, and outstanding commitment to the Trust’s vision and values. Whilst they are very different in size and scope, in every case, it took all the dedication and resourcefulness of those involved to achieve the end result. We can all be proud of what they and we all have achieved.’
