Founded in Blackburn by Tom Preston in 2007, our commitment to quality service has never wavered. Tom’s journey in the motor trade began in his family’s BMW and Land Rover dealership, where he started out valeting cars and worked his way up through the business. When his family sold the dealership, Tom seized the opportunity to create his own legacy and Hippo Motor Group was born.


From humble beginnings, the business has flourished, now boasting a luxury car showroom at Blackburn’s Trident Park, showcasing a wide range of vehicles, and offering a state of-the-art service centre. We have expanded to employ a dedicated 400 strong team of professionals and operate sales and distribution hubs throughout the UK delivering over 10,000 vehicles per year.
