Landlords and tenants continue to feel the pressure as Covid-19 brings more uncertainty to high streets and commercial centres across Lancashire.


As businesses struggle with these challenges, the government has moved to protect commercial tenants from the risk of eviction 


Announcing the extension of the protection measure in September, it was made clear that the support was aimed at the businesses  


 this particularly challenging time for businesses, it is crucial that landlords and tenants have the clarity and reassurance they need to build back 
