OUR PANEL AMY LANCASTER-HALL


Amy is an award-winning Chartered Marketer working in automotive retail. For the last 18 years, she has been group marketing manager for Lancahire-based, family-owned Bowker Motor Group. Her portfolio has included Porsche Centre Preston since it opened in Preston in 2019.


ROSIE COOPER Director – cloud accounting, PM+M 34


Rosie is a chartered accountant specialising in SMEs and OMBs, utilising


cutting edge technology, apps, and AI to support her clients.


She has excelled since joining PM+M in 2018 as assistant manager and helped carve out the cloud accounting team as a new service line in light of Making Tax Digital.


Rosie progressed to the manager’s role in 2019, and became a director in 2023. Her team has grown from six to 23 since 2018 and achieved fees of over £1m.


ELIZABETH MCQUILLAN


Elizabeth is a serial entrepreneur, with companies in the finance and networking/events industries. A former teacher, she launched a theatre school which later expanded into a franchise, then launched a casting and modelling agency. A chance move into the male-dominated motor sector led to her launching a finance brokerage, which today helps women gain financial independence and generated over £3m in sales last year.

Paige joined marketing agency Soap in 2021 bringing a wealth of


digital and project management experience.


Within just a year as web project manager, her leadership and project management skills had earned a promotion to operations director.


AMANDA MEACHIN


Following a successful, 20-year career in the private sector, Amanda joined the voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors almost a quarter of a century ago. In addition to her role as the figurehead of Community & Business Partners, she sits on various community boards and committees. She was named Lancashire Business View’s Personality of the Year in 2023.


As part of the board, she has implemented new processes, boosted team morale through a focus on culture and benefits, secured new business of more than £400,000 and strengthened client relationships which have improved the agency’s efficiency, profitability, internal Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and overall positive work culture.

Darshana is passionate about Lancashire helping to create a thriving economy and strong community for future generations.

Danielle is the owner and director of Love to Brand. Her business has supplied promotional merchandise and corporate gifts to many of the key companies and brands in Lancashire for 15 years, helping them to create branded products to set themselves apart from their competition.
