APPOINTMENTS


Robert Sheffrin, investment director for the Investment Readiness Programme at the University of Central Lancashire, has been elected president of the Lancashire and South Lakeland branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He succeeds Neil McMillan, a partner at McMillan & Co.
