Aurion Immunogold Reagent Kits contain all you need to achieve the best immuno gold (silver) staining possible: blocking reagent, BSA-c (10%) buffer additive, the gold nanoparticle conjugated antibody and the silver enhancement reagents of your choice. The kits are available for all sizes of immuno gold conjugates.


zzz Ultra Small Immunogold Reagent Kits


The Aurion Ultra Small Immunogold Reagents in the Ultra Small kits are prepared with subnanometer gold particles. These particles have far less influence on the adsorbed antibodies or detecting molecules, and consequently the conjugates behave as though they are uncoupled. In conjunction with the highly efficient and easy-to-use R-Gent SE-LM and R-Gent SE-EM silver enhancement reagents, the Ultra Small kits are the best choice for any application. The Ultra Small kits are available in two versions: one for Light Microscopy and one for Electron Microscopy.


The Immuno Gold Silver Staining kit for Ultra Small reagents contains:


• 1 small package vial of an Ultra Small (< 0.8nm) or 2 nm Immuno Gold Reagent

AURION 2nm Immuno Gold Reagents in the 2nm kits are prepared using a monodisperse size population of 2nm gold nanoparticles. Due to its small gold nanoparticle size, labeling density with AURION 2nm Immuno Gold Reagents is significantly higher compared to particle density obtained with Conventional Immuno Gold Reagents. This makes the conjugate especially suited for detection of low copy numbers of antigen.


The AURION 2nm kits are available in two versions: one for Light Microscopy and one for Electron Microscopy.
