Taking care of employees Our benefits package reflects what’s important to our employees. For instance, our retirement savings programs are very competitive and have wide participation. In 2013, approximately 90 percent of employees participated in our 401(k) plan, saving an average of 10 percent of their pay.

Engaging our workforce


PGE employees find their work meaningful, care about our customers and appreciate their co-workers. We survey our employees about employee engagement and satisfaction annually. Our 2013 employee survey showed we fell just short of meeting our engagement goals. We’ll continue our efforts to help employees maintain a strong sense of engagement in their work and connection with our company’s mission.
