Boden + Wasser joins RSK in Europe
RSK Group Ltd, a leading integrated environmental, engineering and technical services business, has today announced the acquisition of Boden +Wasser, an Austrian environmental consultancy specialising in the industrial and public sectors. Based in Gallneukirchen, near Linz, northern Austria, the consultancywill bring additional experience to RSK’s existing Austrian business,which has its headquarters in Graz. The business is RSK’s ninth acquisition of 2020.
Boden+Wasserworks acrossAustria,where it provides expert services in the areas ofwaste management, contaminated sites, building, geothermal energy, geology, environmental engineering,watermanagement and tunnel
drainage.The business counts a variety of public and private sector companies among its client base, including voestalpine,ASAMER andÖBB. Boden+Wasserwill continue to be led by GregorGnjezda andDirkGatzemeier, andwill become part of RSK’s European
division.As well as expanding RSK’s geographic footprint inAustria, itwill contribute to RSK’s growing service offering across

The business is RSK’s sixth acquisition of the 2020/2021 financial year and follows the acquisition ofWater ResearchCentre Ltd (WRc), an independent centre of excellence for innovation and growth, and its subsidiary, Cognica, inAugust. RSK is investing in the development of new businesses and bolt-on complementary businesses, aswell as equipment and facilities, to provide end-to-end solutions to awide, international client base.
