Interflow signs exclusivity partnership with Raedlinger Primus Line
Leading pipeline infrastructure company, Interflow, announced the signing of an exclusivity partnership with Raedlinger Primus Line, for the use of its patented pressure pipeline renewal technology.
Interflow is Australia and New Zealand’s leading provider of trenchless pipeline solutions. Home to several patented products and technologies aimed at renewing pipeline infrastructure within the 4 Waters – water, wastewater, stormwater, and culverts – the organisation is renowned for its forward-thinking approach to innovation.
The addition of Primus Line®, a world-class solution for relining pressure water and wastewater pipelines, to its growing portfolio of exclusive services, cements Interflow’s position as a one-stop-shop for its customers’ pipeline infrastructure needs. The Primus Line® system consists of a flexible aramid-reinforced liner and specially developed end fittings.

New President for BPF Pipes Group
Steve Richmond is the new British Plastics Federation Pipes Group President, taking over from Richard Hill in January 2022.
Steve is Head of Marketing and Technical at REHAU Building Solutions and had previously been the BPF Pipes Group’s Vice-President for three years, supporting ACO Technologies’ Richard Hill in working on strategy and responses to significant recent challenges including Brexit, supply chain issues and the Covid pandemic.
Steve commented on his new role: “I am thrilled to have been appointed President of the British Plastic Federation’s Pipes Group at such a crucial time for multiple sectors. The use of plastic piping systems has skyrocketed in the past 50 years in all

applications, and the BPF’s work as a prominent industry voice providing technical expertise and informing and influencing standards is more vital than ever before.”
The BPF Pipes Group is the leading trade federation for the UK plastic pipe and fittings industry. It has been active in driving standards upwards throughout the utilities, civil, construction and building services sectors and aims to widen the use of manufactured plastic pipes and fittings, including in newer applications like ground and air source heat pumps, hydrogen gas distribution and district heating.

Interflow and Primus Line have been working together for a number of years and have delivered headline projects such as the 3-in-1 Triple Primus Line project featured in Trenchless Australasia, Water Source and Trenchless Works Magazine.
Moreover, Interflow will open a Primus Line warehouse to store limited stocks of common materials for immediate supply, which will be particularly useful for smaller emergency projects. Customers can now conveniently access the local warehouse in Australia.
