• The US Sailing Appeals Book This is a compilation of all the US Sailing Appeals Committee’s published decisions. An extremely helpful feature of the Appeals Book is the Index of Abstracts. Each appeal begins with a short summary of the decision, called an “abstract,” and these abstracts are sorted by rule number in the Index, making it easy to find an appeal pertaining to a particular rule.
