scents of the forest, renew my spirit. Even as I think about it now, I feel a calm and quiet peace settle over me. As we celebrate the resurrection
and “all things new,” I can imagine myself by the Little River again. Te water, green leaves, new buds, singing birds – they give me hope. So, I am
re-committing to take on the inten- tional practice of creating daily space to connect with God so that our Creator can connect me to the new, every day. We have had another challenging
year as worship leaders, caring for our congregations while navigating ever changing protocols and pro- cesses. Many of you have shared experiences of covering for sick or quarantined colleagues, re-envision- ing music groups with fewer partic- ipants, searching for new repertoire that requires less rehearsal time. I am so grateful for the connection Te Fellowship brings. Trough this publication, webinars, small group conversations, personal contacts and our Facebook community group, you support and encourage one another. In the midst of planning Easter
and beyond, I encourage to you to join me in rediscovering how God can make all things new. I will be leaning into my memories of those river trails, leaning into God’s holy Word, and leaning into music and song.
He is Risen! Hallelujah! Have a blessed Eastertide!
