Getting your sleeping pattern back in order
A new study has found that the anxiety of the past few months has had a negative eff ect on our sleeping patterns. Zane Henry looks at products that can help restore your circadian rhythm

According to a recent study by King’s College London, half of the British population have found their sleep more disturbed than usual since lockdown, while two in fi ve (39%) say they’ve slept fewer hours a night on average compared with before the lockdown. Furthermore, three in 10 (29%) say they’ve slept longer hours, but feel less rested than normal when they wake up. It seems lockdown impacted both our quantity, as well as the quality, of our sleep. And even though restrictions are

changing, this doesn’t mean our sleep patterns will automatically return to normal. A healthy diet, exercise and things like meditation — as well as these handy sleep aids — should really help.
