As well as the traditional spa treatments, The Hideaway Spa offers a number of ayurvedic treatments, including shirodhara, which consists of a gentle and continuous flow of oil poured onto the forehead; Kerala massage, which focuses on vital energ points; and abhyanga, a warm oil massage.
