Sandals St Vincent & the Grenadines ST VINCENT & THE GRENADINES, CARIBBEAN
Tucked away in its own secluded cove, Sandals St Vincent & the Grenadines is the 17th adults- only, all-inclusive resort in the Sandals portfolio. The destination is at the heart of the resort — bold, bountiful and richly colourful — with opportunities for exploration infused into nearly every touchpoint. Guests can walk along the river bordering the resort, bike to a lookout point and survey unforgettable vistas, dive deep into cobalt waters, catch a glimpse of technicolour exotic birds or taste local dishes created with freshly harvested ingredients. The options are almost endless. Innovative and thoughtful touches extend
across each of the resort’s 301 rooms and suites. A pioneering concept for the brand, the Vincy Overwater Two-Story Villas feature expansive spaces spanning two storeys above the sea, as well as dedicated perks. Inside all suites, guests are met with warm neutrals, organic textures, locally sourced volcanic materials and pops of cool blue to create a connection with the island’s natural surroundings. Some suites also feature a dedicated media room, private pool and a personal fitness
room with exercise bikes, yoga mats and a library of fitness classes. Sandals’ signature butler service adds an additional level of luxury, with butler-level room guests treated to memorable moments. With 11 restaurants and nine bars, Sandals
St Vincent & the Grenadines showcases the island’s bounties and offers everything from a dock-to-dish upscale seafood restaurant to healthy grab-and-go options. Introducing a new culinary concept to the brand, Buccan is an immersive open-air restaurant. The cooking technique becomes a centrepiece of the experience here, and is concentrated around local clay yabba pots, which are placed over cedar and coconut husk ‘coal’. Chefs rely on ancient culinary techniques to create a menu highlighting local ‘Vincy’ ingredients, with seasonal platters designed for sharing. Off site, guests can embark on many adventures,
from marvelling at towering waterfalls to exploring volcanic black-sand beaches, sailing the clear blue seas and coming face-to-face with the abundant marine life via Sandals’ award-winning unlimited scuba diving programme.
DON’T MISS Enjoy an excursion to Dark View Falls. More adventurous travellers can climb the black-sand volcano, La Soufrière
