having one of those ‘what if’ conversa- tions and decided it was the moment to realise a dream. While still living and working in Camberwell, south London, Paul took the first steps and gained a Diploma in Wine Produc- tion. After picking up some valuable work experience, the pair be- gan their search and spent some long days driving around the country- side. Tey eventually found the ideal site and were immedi- ately struck with its potential and beau- ty. Tey sold their flat in London and made the move to start their new life. Today, they live in Lewes with their young family. Te couple run all aspects of the
vineyard and you can expect a warm welcome in a relaxed atmosphere. Paul and Al take visitors on a journey, explaining how they created the vine- yard while offering tastings of their wines. From July, you can visit the new farm shop and cafe, which both stock a range of delicious local Sussex produce.
