As we renew travel, we want to link industry actors together to build a superior experience for the customer. We have access to several touchpoints on the journey and as we build our


digital process reduces pain points for the traveller, while digital identities – including through biometrics – are set to be a significant area of growth in the coming years.


AMADEUS DISCOVER


Digitalisation, as we have seen, will be key to the next phase of recovery, but some areas of our industry have proved more challenging than others to bring online. A good example of a sector resistant to digitalisation are activity


providers, those smaller operators offering tours or services in a destination. These are bespoke products, tremendously valuable to the travel experience, but resistant to categorisation.
