Shearings’ regional theatre programme makes its debut

Shearings Holidays has strengthened its theatre break programme with the addition of regional shows around the UK. The move follows the operator’s

reintroduction of London West End theatre breaks in February 2018. Regional theatres are now

featured in destinations such as Weston-Super-Mare, Scarborough, Blackpool, Llandudno, Bournemouth, Torquay and Manchester. Three- and four-night trips are on sale, each including coach travel, accommodation, tickets to the show and at least one excursion. Shows available include Dirty Dancing, Kinky Boots, Anton and Erin, Annie, Whitney – Queen of the Night, Les Miserables, Cinderella and Killer Queen. Jane Atkins, managing director, said: “This is a natural progression for us. Our London theatre show breaks have sold well and we wanted to be able to extend this out into the regions.” A four-night half-board break in Llandudno to see Kinky Boots costs from £186 per person, and a four- night half-board holiday in Torquay to see Dirty Dancing is priced from £176 per person. shearingsagent.com
