DISCOVER OUR INDIAN OCEAN F

ood, glorious food is what you get with Constance Hotels & Resorts – divine cuisine and plenty of choice. Across all our properties, food and wine is a key focus, with our experienced and knowledgeable teams of chefs and sommeliers delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Our brand began in the Indian Ocean more than 45 years

ago with Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius – a property that remains just as outstanding almost five decades on. The hotel is an institution on the island, and with seven

restaurants and six bars, its culinary offering is second to none. A la carte venue Blue Penny Cellar is a sophisticated wine

cellar, offering 15,000 bottles from more than 1,300 wineries, and serving haute cuisine. Beachside venue Indigo is perfectly located at the water’s

edge. It serves lunch, afternoon nibbles and themed dinners under the stars. Another guest favourite is Deer Hunter. Here, overlooking the 18th green of the Legends Golf Course, guests can enjoy authentic Indian Ocean cuisine and BBQ dishes. Each year, Michelin-star chefs from around Europe come together at the hotel for the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival to compete with and against Constance chefs from across our Indian Ocean properties.

Over in the Maldives, at our barefoot-chic all-inclusive island

resort Constance Moofushi, we offer three culinary venues: breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant Manta, beach venue Alizee, and Totem, which specialises in heavenly salads and snacks. Manta offers an Around the World evening with different choices available every night, while a BBQ kiosk also serves up freshly grilled lobster, steaks and fish every evening. Regardless of which Constance your client is staying at, they

can try our Around Wine concept. This allows guests to choose their preferred wine and leave our talented chefs to cleverly build a menu around their selection. At Constance Ephelia, Seychelles, there are five restaurants,

serving up Mediterranean, Asian, French and Seychellois cuisine – something for everyone. Foodies will love the 11-course degustation menu by Master Sushi Chef, Lu Htet. For couples looking for a private experience, staff can arrange special locations throughout the property, including on the beach or in your villa or suite. Families are also well catered for, with different menus for

children of different ages including gourmet baby food. Hungry for more? Once your clients discover our Indian Ocean – they will be too!
