His appointment follows an investment in the Abercrombie & Kent Group by Heritage Group, whose chairman is Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio. He is also Silversea Cruises’ executive chairman. In February, Lefebvre

d’Ovidio acquired a majority stake in the Abercrombie & Kent

Group, which was previously owned

by Chinese firm Zhonghong Holdings Group and A&K’s founder Geoffrey Kent. The deal saw Kent increase his stake

in A&K to 15%, with the remaining 85% belonging to the Heritage Group, which also owns Lefebvre d’Ovidio’s remaining shares in Silversea Cruises. Lefebvre d’Ovidio will become

co-chairman, while Kent will be founder and co-chairman of Abercrombie & Kent. abercrombiekent.co.uk
