Terms & Conditions. This complimentary event is available to CLIA member Travel Agents only. Travel agent attendees are responsible for the arrangement and cost of their own flights to and from the ship for the event. Carnival Cruise Line will cover the cost of resort transfers, as well as cabin accommodation, port taxes and fees, gratuities and onboard experience. Agents are responsible for onboard expenditure when experiences are not covered for by Carnival, they will be asked to pre-authorize a credit card in order to receive their sail and sign card once onboard. Registration for this experience is based on a first come, first serve basis and will be confirmed to the agent within 24 hours of registration. Carnival Cruise Line & CLIA reserves the right to deny places at this event based on the terms and conditions provided. Agents places are not 100% guaranteed until they complete the flight booking information which will need to be completed within 4 weeks of their confirmed registered place.
