Trafalgar reverts to single worldwide 2018 brochure

Juliet Dennis juliet.dennis@travelweekly.co.uk

Trafalgar has published its first standalone Worldwide brochure for four years as part of a new ‘agents first’ campaign.

The operator said the 2018 #Agentsfirst campaign was the result of an extensive review of trade feedback on how it could improve the sales process and the earning potential of retail partners. The dedicated Worldwide

2018 brochure collates holidays across Europe, the Americas, South Africa, Asia and Australasia into one redesigned brochure. Trafalgar previously offered separate destination brochures. The brochure, which will be

delivered to agents this week, features 10 new itineraries. The new trips include a nine-day

Best of Norway trip, from £2,450; a nine-day Spiritual Japan tour, from £3,595; and an eight-day India’s Golden Triangle, from £1,995.

TRAFALGAR: Collated brochures as a result of trade feedback

Trafalgar has added Madrid and

Berlin to its Urban Explorer range to encourage business travellers to tag a leisure break on to their trip. The brochure offers a 10%

early-payment discount when bookings are paid in full by January 26, 2018, for European holidays and by November 30, 2017, for all other destinations.

The number of new itineraries in the Worldwide brochure

The operator has extended

guaranteed departures to all European trips in the autumn, winter and spring, and to all European Discoveries trips. Trafalgar has also revamped

its agents’ website, to speed up response times on quotes. Ruth Hilton, sales and business

development director, said: “We’ve had an extremely successful 2017, for which we extend a huge thank you to our partners for the critical part they have played. “In responding to their honest

feedback, we pledge to make 2018 even more effortless, fun and successful for them, thanks to the

tools we’re equipping them with.” trafalgar.com/agents
