IN THE PICTURE: Team completes Disney Magic Run
It was heroes and villains at Disneyland Paris over the weekend as thousands completed a series of runs through the theme park. Travel Weekly Group managing director Stuart
Parish (pictured, right) and events manager Oliver Palmer joined Disney account manager Claire Dickson (right) and Tui agent Sheridan Boyd, from Huddersfield, who won a free place through a Travel Weekly social media competition. Undeterred by the rain, the team all
crossed the half-marathon finish line in around two hours – and posed for pictures, ears and all. The Magic Run included a marathon,
half-marathon, 10K, 5K and kids’ races. Parish’s participation was part of
his year-long fundraising effort for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Donate at:

roles to take up her new position on October 1. HF Holidays operates guided and self-guided tours of the UK, has 18 of its own UK country houses and a worldwide tour operating programme. It carries
opportunity. It is fully recognised that we need to explore more routes to market and HF Holidays is very excited about my contacts and background working with the trade.
“The thing that excites me most
is that the product [walking and activity holidays] is at the heart of me. It’s everything that I am about.” Laverick’s appointment follows
