Inghams whets appetite with 2020 preview magazine

Samantha Mayling

Inghams has launched a 2020 preview magazine called Summer Moments, which features highlights of its programme next year as well as articles about the operator and its holidays. It includes a spotlight on

health and wellbeing, showcasing the benefits of spending time in the mountains, as well as recommending resorts for “reconnecting with nature”, and eco-friendly accommodation. As the operator is

celebrating its 85th year in 2019, the magazine has an anniversary section that looks back at how Inghams’ holidays have evolved over the decades. Other articles offer

recommendations from Inghams staff about their favourite foods and wines in destinations, and guides to walking and garden holidays. Julie Franklin, Inghams’ head

of agency sales, said: “To celebrate our 85th birthday, we have some really great early-booking

Hello everyone, Liverpool John Lennon Airport saw another successful year in 2018 as passenger numbers hit a milestone as 5.1 million people chose to fly from the airport. This is the highest figure in seven years and up 3% on 2017. I would like to extend a massive thank you to the trade for their continuous support helping us to achieve this. April saw our highest passenger

numbers since 2011, with more than 448,000 passengers using the ‘North West’s Faster, Easier, Friendlier Airport’. It’s already been a cracking start to the summer! Blue Islands recently started flights to Guernsey, establishing a new twice-weekly connection to the island. Blue Islands is a Flybe franchise partner and flights can be booked now at Flybe.com. Ryanair is launching a twice-weekly Corfu service on June 2, following on from its twice-weekly flight to Copenhagen, which launched earlier this year. We are thrilled to
